Who are we
QC are a group of creatives that offer our artistic expertise to businesses. We believe that artistic approaches in the workplace can lead to stronger teams, better motivation and more innovation. Thanks to our strong foundation in the arts and audience interaction experience we can provide solid support and creative inspiration for your team.
Tessel Brühl - Coming from a background in design and education, Tessel specialises in conceptual thinking and creative learning. She uses a hands-on approach in her workshops, engaging the participants through play with materials and design exercises, to spark conversations and help people grow within their team.
Flavia Faas - Flavia’s expertise is improvisation in performative arts. As a professional musician and dancer, she loves to share her skills with others so they feel more free to express themselves and to see their personalities shine in her workshops.
Céline Talens - Céline combines her skills as a theatre director and academic, to design ways in which complex topics can be presented on stage, in a way that increases audience engagement.

Collaboration is the future
Hands-on experiences to improve collaboration, team culture, and group creativity.
Goals: Do you find working together stressful? Do you find it hard to give feedback? Do you want to define your team goals? We are here to empower your team with simple yet effective communication strategies that they can use in their professional and personal lives.
The workshop: Learn, design and improve ways of collaborating that fit your team’s unique style. Using playful exercises for ideation, out-of-the-box thinking, and co-creation, we guide your team into building networks of support, accountability, and shared growth.
Method: We’ll do exercises with the entire group, as well as in smaller groups. We use a combination of writing, discussing, and accessible theatre exercises. We explore every team member’s collaboration style and offer methods to effectively put them to use in a team in a way that empowers workers, reduces friction, and enhances the group’s wellbeing.
Ideal for: Teams and departments wanting to collaborate more effectively and creatively.

Play and rethink
Improvisation, performance, and play to unlock creativity and boost confidence.
Goals: Are you stuck? Could your team use a boost in creative thinking? Is embarrassment an obstacle to expressing your thoughts? Would you like to enrich and improve the relationships between team members?
These workshops use creative and out-of-the-box thinking to break free and encourage you to find a fresh perspective.
The workshop: Develop improvisation and ideation skills through creative play. Use playful exercises in performance and physical awareness to boost confidence and quick decision-making.
Method: We will do accessible theatre exercises, followed by a game in which the participants create a short story or project idea and work in smaller groups on an experimental presentation. This workshop can be adapted to any level of experience (including none) and is a wonderful warmup for a brainstorm session, or to prepare for a presentation.
Ideal for: Teams, artists, and professionals looking to enhance creativity, flexibility, and confidence in presentations, collaboration, or innovation processes.
Growth Bootcamps
Tools and exercises for self-discovery, sustainable careers, and self-care in relation to others.
Goals: Could you use a little more confidence to define your own position in the workplace? Do you find it hard to ask for feedback? Do you need tools to recognise stress triggers? Do you want to define your personal professional development goals?
We are here to empower your employees with simple yet effective stress management techniques that they can use in their professional and personal lives.
The workshop: This workshop is aimed at building trust within the team by becoming familiar with everybody’s unique talents in a different, creative way. We help you build your own supportive network, gain tools for self-care, and create a personal structure to help achieve future goals. For existing teams, we offer tailored workshops as a great tool for helping teams to identify, nurture, and deploy talent within their organisation. For individual freelancing professionals, this workshop aims to help you position yourself in the workfield and collaborate more effectively.
Method: Our years of experience led us to develop a method that uses focused questions and quick writing and drawing exercises to help individuals discover their unique qualities and establish clear goals. In this workshop, activities are between group work in the physical space and individual writing tasks. We will then practice giving and receiving feedback, requesting and giving support and advice within the group.
Ideal for: Creative professionals, teams, and organisations seeking healthier ways of working and growing together.

Gender & Identity Labs
Creative, body-positive workshop that sparks new conversations about diversity and inclusion.
Goals: Do you want to spark conversations about diversity and inclusion in your workspace? Do you want to embrace and celebrate the uniqueness of all your employees? Do you want to find a safe way to overcome unconscious biases in a creative and accessible way?
We can help you strengthen your company’s culture of inclusion and belonging.
The workshop: A playful, hands-on session using colourful materials to reimagine and discuss gender, sexuality and identity. This workshop opens up dialogue around body diversity, identity, and inclusivity in a creative, playful, accessible way.
Method: The workshop starts with a short presentation of diversity in the animal kingdom to open up our minds to the vast possibilities on the gender spectrum. The larger part consists of the participants playing with a range of colourful materials to design and create imaginative body parts for themselves that they can wear, guided by questions that spark light conversations about deeper topics.
Ideal for: Companies and organisations that want to strengthen inclusion and create safe, open conversations about gender and identity.

We will sit down with you to create a tailored experience for the audience of your live event.
